Tax Advice Services are generally subject to a fixed fee quote based on the Lawyer’s estimate of the time to be spent on the assignment entrusted to him. This estimate is communicated ahead of the assignment and must be agreed by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When an estimate of the time to be spent is difficult, the Lawyer communicates to the client an hourly rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscription contracts may also be entered into in case of regular questions about the year. Such subscriptions allow the client to regularly solicit their lawyer on various and varied topics by having previously negotiated a volume of hours including one or more working meetings per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
